Under the SICT Program, the following tasks will be undertaken:
- Development of interactive website of the Ministry of Chittagong Hill Tracts Affairs, including the following features:
o Relevant information about the responsibilities and activities of the Ministry and its subsidiaries
o Database of key personnel
o About the different regions in the Hill Tracts areas
o About the ethnic population and their respective cultures
o About the Peace Accord and its implementation
o About the local governance organizations and structure in Hill Tracts areas
o Annual reports, strategic plans, portfolio budget statements, important speeches by the Honorable Minister
- Providing necessary hardware and peripherals
- Establishment of LAN at the Ministry
